It’s crisp on the surface and soft inside. Aloo Tikki can be served as-is with chutneys, used in burgers, or turned into famous Aloo Tikki Chaat with yogurt and chutneys.

Ingredients

  • Potato Mixture
  • 4 large potatoes, boiled & mashed
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2–3 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • ½ cup boiled & mashed green peas
  • ¼ cup chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • Oil for shallow frying

Directions

1. Prepare the Potatoes
