Welcome to JustYourFood.com (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you don’t agree with any part of these Terms, please don’t use our services.

1. Definitions

  1. User / Customer / You: A person who uses our website to browse or place food orders.

  2. Restaurant Partner: A restaurant or food provider that lists its menu on JustYourFood.com.

  3. Order: A request placed by you via our platform to purchase food items.

  4. Service: Means the services provided by JustYourFood.com, including order placement, food delivery, and any other features.

2. Acceptance of Terms

  • By using the website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

  • You agree to these Terms each time you place an order or use the Services.

3. Changes to Terms

  • We may modify or update these Terms at any time.

  • When we do, we will post the updated Terms on the website with a new “Last updated” date.

  • Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.

4. Account Registration

5. Placing Orders

  • When you place an order, you’ll select food items, quantity, delivery address, and payment method.

  • Once you submit the order, we will send you an order confirmation.

  • Please check your order carefully — we are not responsible for mistakes you make while ordering.

  • All orders are subject to acceptance — we or the Restaurant Partner may reject or cancel an order for valid reasons (e.g., stock unavailability, errors).

6. Payment

  • Payment must be made at the time of placing the order unless otherwise specified.

  • We support payment methods such as credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, or other methods available on the site (customize per your system).

  • Prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • In the event of a payment failure, we will notify you; the order will not be processed unless payment is successful.

7. Delivery

  • Delivery will be made to the address you provide.

  • Estimated delivery times are indicative. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other factors.

  • Risk of loss or damage to the food passes to you when the delivery is completed (i.e., when the delivery partner hands over the food).

  • If no one is available to accept delivery, we may leave the food at a "safe place" (if you’ve allowed this) or treat the order as undeliverable.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You can cancel an order only before it has been accepted/prepared by the restaurant (or based on your cancellation policy).

  • If an order is canceled by you or by us/the restaurant, refund policy will apply as per our Refund Policy (you may want to link a separate policy).

  • Refunds (if any) will be processed to your original payment method, unless otherwise decided by us.

9. Food Quality & Allergies

  • We take food safety seriously; however, food is prepared by Restaurant Partners, and we do not guarantee that items are free from allergens.

  • You must inform us of any food allergies or special dietary requirements while placing the order.

  • We are not liable for allergic reactions or issues arising from consumption unless due to our gross negligence.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on JustYourFood.com — including logos, text, images, graphics — is owned by us or used with permission.

  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes.

  • Transmit anything harmful (viruses, malware).

  • Impersonate someone else or misrepresent your affiliation.

  • Interfere with the use of the Service by others.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, JustYourFood.com is not liable for:

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

    • Delays or failures in delivery due to external causes.

    • Food quality issues that are the responsibility of the Restaurant Partner.

  • Our total liability in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JustYourFood.com, its directors, employees, and partners from any claim, loss, damage, or cost (including legal fees) arising out of:

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your negligence or willful misconduct in using the Service.

14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
